Economic and Legal Aspects
Copyright Applied to Information and Communication Technologies for Teaching
TB10 - Scientific programme scheduled for December 12
From 09:00 to 10:30 at the "Amphi C"
Summary
Legal problems relating to the dissemination of online digitalised academic content.
Developing the use of information and communication technologies in teaching poses a variety of legal questions, the answers to some of which may be found in well-worn legal systems. However, several others are new and relate to the complex nature of the digital opus, which presupposes that there are both multiple collaborators and participants and authors of the work (in the most traditional sense of the word), “scene-setters” and software designers. The “editors”, producers and distributors of resources are responsible for these montages and for putting in place receptacles respecting the rules of public order that govern the issue.
