Summary

One of the main objectives of institutions’ “digital” policy is the need to unite all the political, technological, organisational, human and material conditions in the service of achieving their goals, by combining all digital-related challenges with regard to governance, pedagogy and research….
The establishment of strategies in this environment involves improving what already exists and deploying new services with regard to education and research. In particular, this means defining and implementing a strategy for modernising and developing communication and computer equipment infrastructures, adapting missions and ensuring the coherence of administrative and technical structures, continuously qualifying human resources, and managing change…
The significance of challenges, such as the amount of the financial investment to be found urge the governing bodies of institutions to define a strategy in line with the public policies imposed by national courts and territorial bodies.
