Impacts of Digital Technologies on Missions and Professions: Managing Change

TB2bis - Scientific programme scheduled for December 10

From 16:30 to 18:00 at the "Amphi C"

Summary

The generalisation of the use of technologies has an effect on administrative and technical missions and professions, leads to the need for new qualifications and a demand for specific expertise.

The round table will attempt to analyse the transformations observed in the various sectors: general administration, communication, documentation, IT and information systems, financial systems, ICT for Education…

It will debate the requirements of professionalisation and “professional” training needs that a proper governance of human resources and of personnel training should ensure.

The round table will underline the importance of continuous ICT training, a determinant factor in the modernisation of higher education institutions and their integration into the information society.
