Summary

The need for financing and modernisation leads higher education institutions to set up more and more partnerships with public or private players. The round table will discuss forms of partnership in the information and communication technologies sector, methods of governance and project implementation and the development of digital infrastructures, equipment or services expected in the short- and mid-term.
