Summary

The rapid evolution of information and communication technologies, the availability of broadband, the generalisation of mobile equipment and the reduction in the cost of classroom equipment are all factors that encourage institutions to diversify the methods of production, dissemination and individual or collective use of the numerous digital resources they have to hand.
The round table will be the occasion to introduce teaching and learning practices, as well as those relating to documentation, internal or external communication, propagation based on these technologies and, more particularly, baladodiffusion or podcast.
It will discuss how systems are governed and their economy on a local, regional or national scale.
